You can easily receive cryptocurrency by generating addresses directly on your device, or send funds by creating transactions that must be physically confirmed on the device screen. This physical confirmation requirement means that even if someone compromises your computer, they cannot steal your funds without having physical access to your Ledger and knowing your PIN.
